I won't hold my breath for media coverage of the 1,000,000 Iraqi casualties, but the return of 4,200+ public service members to US soil should receive some small measure of public recognition and respect.
Obviously the banned coverage did not dissuade an anti-war movement, so a failed and shoddily enforced propaganda policy can be discarded once and for all.
Indeed shall we at least acknowledge our 100,000 wounded? Profiles of Courage, anyone?
Enlightenment from the barrel of a gun.
